Gaziantep

It is likely that there was a Hittite settlement at the site of the modern city of Gaziantep, but no monumental structures have been located so far. Several Neo-Hittite style steles and reliefs were found in the vicinity of the city. All items are in the Gaziantep Archaeology Museum. Click on the images for further information about each item.
