The inscription was on one side of the base of an altar found near the double lion column base (on the right side of the first picture below). It was apparently the remnant of an inscribed block which was reused to carve the altar. Heavily damaged piece is not readable. Now lost(?), the piece was at one time in the Oriental Institute in Chicago.
