Stele fragment

The stele shows a seated female figure in front of a table. The objects in her hands might be a mirror and a spindle. A smaller male figure is shown across her. There is no information about its find place, although it was noted that in the 1880s the stele was in the possession of the American mission in the city of Maraş. Stylistically, the stele has been dated to the 9th century BCE. Currently in the Anatolian Civilizations Museum in Ankara.
