Bottom half of a basalt stele reportedly found sometime before 1911 in the Sinsile village (about 8 km to the east of Karkamış). The rectangular gap on the left side is also due to subsequent damage. It has the last 6 lines of a badly preserved inscription. Currently in Anatolian Civilizations Museum in Ankara.
