Gaziantep

It is likely that there was a Hittite settlement at the site of the modern city of Gaziantep, but no monumental structures have been located so far. Several Neo-Hittite-style steles and reliefs were found in the vicinity of the city. All items are in the Gaziantep Archaeology Museum. Click on the images for further information about each item.
